Before you had the opportunity to apply and message, speak with potential families you would like to care for (if you are on the site seeking a babysitting/nanny position). Now, you can apply, but you have to pay in order to read the family’s response! That is insane. Money hungry. Ridiculous. They got a little notoriety and it went all the way to their heads and in their pockets. Do not even waste your time. In summary, I would not recommend Care.com to a friend.
